Is there properly trained medical staff on the premise than can perform CPR or administer medicine if for example airsoft fatty had a heart attack? Is there a professional security staff available on site to stop unwanted guest from crashing the show for example? Is the streamer house complicit with OSHA guidelines? Is there a contract contestants must agree to in that states who is responsible for safety. If we own a part of this house, what happens to our share value if a contestant sues fishnet for onsite injuries? What happens to investors if the house gets damaged to the point the repairs cost more than the house? Does Fishnet have a film permit for Swansea Massachusetts? What happens if the neighborhood complains to their local government to shut the show down? New England is known for intense snow storms, what happens if all the power is lost during a storm? Subscribers are going to be furious if its down for a long time. Your not just live streamers now but a legal corporation with investors. What if youtube bans fishtank? Do you background check these contestants, you could be liable to get sued if you put a convicted violent felon around one of these young streamers and get sued if they rape a contestant for example. Why would someone purchase the show when they can make a better version? What happens if your Coke and Pepsi comes in rather a show purchaser? Are you going to sell ads on the show or sponsorships, perhaps have contestants wear nascar like jackets with paid sponsors? Who is the main attorney dealing with the show? You need to have a lawyer ready to talk to 24/7 for any problems. Theres infinite possibilities, that make this a good idiea, but also ALOT of legal stuff I dont think is being looked after. I dont think the owners of Fishnet understand the legal issues that come with this.

This is alot of money and its very risky investing into a company using a property owned by people accused of money laundering. Is Fishnet Inc planning on purchasing the house from them with donation money?

Will you be submitting balance sheets, income and cash flow statements quarterly, including the previous seasons? Also, as a concern, as a Delaware C corp, wouldn't you need to have 80% of assets in Delaware along with being able to only sell to Delaware residents with unregistered securities? If one of the contestants where to break the law, get injured, cause some kind of detrimental catastrophe, die or sue Fishnet Inc. for some type of damage What would happen to investors? There was recently a obese obviously mentally challenged person on the show that could be a liability. What if that persons family said he was being taken advantage of. Do the contestants such as the retarded guy have to sign papers with a parent or something?

Will there be some kind of security team at the streamer house? Seams stupid to invest in this if there is no professional security at the streamers house.

Is this a scam to basically crowd fund purchasing a house in Swansea, MA for Sam Hyde? Kai Cenat is also doing a similar Jail live show so Fishtank not super unique. Is every season going to be filmed in the same house over and over again. I could imagine that viewers would get bored of the same house after a few seasons.

So, do you guys plan to try and improve the mainstream appeal of the brand or are you going to try and really dig down into a more rabid cult fanbase? Also, what are you planning to do with the money you raise?
