Here's the part of the Dolomite story that gets people leaning in.

Each of the 8 deep wells on our acreage cost roughly $2.5M–$3M to drill, more than $20M in total. Those wells were drilled to reach deep targets, and they're producing today.

But on the way down, they found something else: shallower zones holding oil, sitting above the original targets.

That changes the math for what comes next. Our planned twin wells are drilled beside the deep wells and aim straight at those shallower zones, without going to full depth. Estimated cost: $600K–$1M per planned twin well, compared with $2.5M–$3M for each deep well.

The expensive drilling is done. The geology has given us the roadmap. Now we're targeting the shallower oil at a fraction of the original cost.

And here's where it gets interesting. Dolomite already collects the 1% royalty. This raise puts us into the wells themselves through working-interest ownership, with the potential to generate many multiples of the royalty's cash flow.

The oil has been found. The royalty is flowing. Now comes the real growth opportunity.
