Most oil companies raise money to go searching for oil. They drill, they hope, and investors wait to find out if anything is there.

Dolomite starts from a different place.

More than $20 million has already been spent drilling 8 deep wells on our North Louisiana acreage, and those wells are producing today. That spending was not ours, and it was not yours. It was paid before this raise ever opened.

Those deep wells also told us something important. On the way down, they passed through shallower zones holding oil, above the depth they were aiming for. That is the opportunity in front of us now.

So Dolomite isn't raising money to go looking for oil. We're raising it to develop what has already been found, with planned twin wells drilled beside the deep wells and aimed at those shallower zones.

And there is room to grow. Only 8 wells sit on roughly 15 square miles of acreage today.

When you invest, you buy shares in Dolomite Energy Corporation, starting at $500. Dolomite holds the interests, and you share in them through your ownership of the company. We're starting where the hard part is already done.
