Hi everyone,

I’m excited to share that Artichoke has officially entered its next phase on Wefunder.

After crossing the $50,000 threshold required to file with the SEC, our Form C has now been fi, and the campaign is officially open as a live public offering.

This milestone was only possible thanks to your early support.

Up until now, we’ve been in the “Testing the Waters” phase — where many of you expressed interest by making a reservation. No funds were processed at that stage.

Now that the filing is complete, those reservations need to be confirmed to become actual investments.

ACTION REQUIRED

If you made a reservation, you should have received an email from Wefunder (from hello@wefunder.com) asking you to confirm your investment.

To complete your investment:

• Log into your Wefunder account

• Follow the link in their email (or go to the campaign page)

• Enter your payment details and confirm

If you don’t complete this step, your reservation will expire and will not be counted toward the raise.

A quick note on structure

You may notice that the company is now listed as Artichoke Pictures Inc.

This is a newly formed entity created specifically for the film and this raise. Previously, development was done under Beanstalk Films LLC, but for legal and financing purposes, the project now sits under this new company.

• The campaign is now open to the public (not just private investors)

• Wefunder will begin actively promoting the project to their broader investor network

• We can now officially accept and process investments
