First off — thank you. Your support is the reason Aerial Resupply Coffee is in the position we are today. I want to share a clear snapshot of what we’ve accomplished since this raise began and where we’re headed next.

🔧 What We’ve Done With Your Investment So Far:

1. Operational Control = Margin Protection

I’ve doubled down on vertical integration: roasting, fulfillment, and logistics are all in-house. We now own our production process, allowing us to protect margin and scale without relying on third parties.

2. Product Expansion

We launched a 5-product tea line, opening the brand to health-conscious consumers and non-coffee drinkers — especially veterans looking for caffeine without sugar or additives. Initial customer response has validated the expansion.

3. Content and Brand Reach

We’ve leaned into organic storytelling with viral reach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. We’ve built brand recognition far beyond our ad budget — and positioned ARC as a voice that resonates deeply within the veteran and military supporter communities.

4. Wholesale & B2B Growth

We’ve added new wholesale accounts, strengthened recurring business, and launched B2B lead generation for office and gym partnerships. Wholesale now represents a growing portion of our revenue mix and will be a major focus moving forward.

5. Systems and Email Optimization

We’ve rebuilt all of our email flows (Klaviyo), increasing retention, post-purchase conversions, and subscription education. Our AOV has grown, LTV is improving, and we’re beginning to see flywheel effects from repeat buyers.

🚀 Where We’re Going Next:

1. Subscription Growth & Retention

We are prioritizing auto-delivery customers. The goal: 1,000 subscribers by mid-2026. We’ve built the systems — now we’re executing the plan to scale.

2. Retail Placement Strategy

We’re preparing for FDM (food/drug/mass) retail — packaging, pricing, and brand story are ready. We’re laying the groundwork now for regional tests with long-term upside in chain distribution.

3. Community as a Moat

We’re launching 1st Caffeine Regiment – Airmobile, a loyalty and community rewards program tied to customer rank, referrals, and exclusive perks. This will increase retention, reduce churn, and turn customers into advocates.

4. Product Bundling + Merch Growth

New sampler bundles and viral merchandise (like our Smooth Operator line) are driving higher cart values and improving conversion rates. We plan to invest further into best-selling SKU bundles and merch that aligns with our audience.

5. Content → Conversion

We’re investing heavily into short-form video, storytelling, and UGC to drive organic and paid customer acquisition. With low CAC and a distinct brand voice, we’ve found an edge in an otherwise crowded market.
