It should also be noted that we have entered into an agreement with an investor group for a loan of $12 million. The collateral for this loan are the patents and also some international contracts worth over $50 million for using the Pure-Light Super-Oxygen technology.

The loan terms are extremely favorable, 6% interest with no payments until 3 years. This contract is held in Solis Technologies, LLC a Wyoming company which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pure-Light Technologies. As part of the agreement, Solis will handle the international contracts/sales and Pure-Light will handle North and South American sales. The investment group will receive a percentage commission of the sales they generate internationally.

We understand that the monies are being currently held by Bank of America NY and the bankers tell us that they will release the funds to us after they finish their security due diligence, etc. We are informed that this release should happen within the next 30 days.
