New Product Line Launches February 2024

Hello all investors. We have created a new product line which will launch early in 2024. The market has dictated that craft distillers must compete against large spirit houses since the distributors are dealing with us the same as the big companies.

The market wants us to produce unique spirits with packaging that pops.

Our new line will be called Pacific Rails and we will offer this alongside JJ Pfister products.

Pacific Rails produced by JJ Pfister Distilling Company.

Our bourbon and rye whiskey will be rested in cabernet wine barrels which will impart great notes and enhance the grains of the whiskies.

Our vodka and gin will have both rye and grape bases.

Our packaging will be new bottles and labels that will look special on the shelf.

The market has asked us to be special and we have responded.

We want to use the rich story of JJ Pfister coming to San Francisco in 1869 on the transcontinental railroad. Two of our distillers are winemakers from UC Davis Viticulutre and Enology and we want to emphasize our connection to the wine industry.

Pacific rails will have its own website and a robust marketing program.

Meanwhile our visitor center continues to grow business. We are now open 5 days a week and just added new menu items. Please come check us out.
