Hi Everyone,

Very near the close of this pitch now so a near-final update.

The route to a NASDAQ listing alongside a larger player is being defined and the work required to make it happen is proceeding apace.

I have just increased my personal investment in ASST to $5,000 so we are well above the minimum $50,000 target available for disbursement.

It would be great if those who have indicated an intention to invest could now confirm their position and transfer funds to WeFunder as required before the pitch closes at the end of April.

While the total raised is disappointing against the $250,000 target it is fine for running ASST for the next year because there are minimal costs involved on a monthly basis. With Mark McElhaney having joined to carry out the eVTOL marketing we will have some additional costs but what he brings to the operation in the UK is very valuable so it is reasonable for the UK end to help with the costs. And of course if the NASDAQ listing goes ahead there will be much more funds available for both product and market development, hopefully before the end of the year.

The eVTOL market is now becoming active for us with live quotes being done in Europe and we plan to have products for that market by the end of 2023 so it is important to explore the US market now. And we still await the result of the $5m R&D project bid which involves the US Army in testing all our armoured vehicle blast protection technologies.
