I am extremely proud and excited to announce that Pure-Light Technologies, Inc. has received three patents with one more that will be issued in two months. It has taken us over 12 years to reach this point and it means that the company can now move forward quickly. We are working on several additional patents that we intend to file before the end of this year and begin production of the associated products. Those products will be announced as they are ready to be marketed.

Also, because of the issued patents, we have received a small amount of initial monies to begin marketing. As part of that, we are in the process of revamping our website, shopify market pages, and social media sites. We have hired two companies to begin this marketing work and expect marketing to begin with several social media outlets on or before April 1, 2024. We already have several large social media influencers who have expressed interest in promoting the Pure-Light Super-Oxygen light bulbs.

The marketing team has set a goal that they believe can be reached of 1 million light bulbs sold by the end of this year, representing approximate gross sales of $20 million. We are in the process of expanding our inventory to be able to handle such sales.

Additionally, we have decided to change the name of the company from Pure-Light Technologies, Inc. (Wyoming C corp) to Pure-Light Technologies Group (still a Wyoming C corp) and we are in the process of making that change.

We expect to hold a general stockholders meeting sometime in May or June in to bring everyone up to date.
