Do you intend to eventually pay dividends? If I were to invest, I would like to hold my shares long term and if so I would like to benefit financially without having to sell my shares.

Great question Baron. Dividends are part of our long term plan; however, we do not have a set timeline. Our first priority is to invest in the club and build on our success last fall to continue our path towards promotion.

I see it says the first 200,000 of the raise get a hoodie, how can we tell if that limit has been met. More importantly, are there streaming options for all the games? If so, on what platform?

Hi Zach! The $200,000 level has not been reached yet. Yes all future matches will be streamed. We haven’t settled on a long term platform yet as we have been testing a few different options. We also plan to include an archived section on the website for past matches.

Hi Brett, our focus right now is Pinzgau and making the investments necessary to achieve promotion. We made a great start on that this past fall and hope to build on that next season. But once we prove our approach, we will be looking for other opportunities. As far as revenue, we expect our top revenue sources to be consistent with other European clubs with sponsorships, media, transfer fees and matchday all being key drivers that vary based on market and level.
