Coaching 27 years from high school to college and the NFL and having the opportunity to be impacted and be an impact on so many young men in this profession.
Kathy Tomlinson, my wife and Co-Founder, encouraged us to begin this journey because she witnessed the details that I committed to teaching my players as a Quarterback coach of over 25 years.
We both feel that having a tool to engage IQ virtually is a winner for the coach and player. We care because we want to protect the development of players.
