Hi Teddy, the $3.35M raised in Reg D was available to the company early this year. A portion has financed the company’s restructuring and new hires, with a result now of significantly improved gross margin. We currently have over $1M left. Our current Wefunder Reg CF offering is a continuation of the Reg D round on the same terms.
