Co-founders Joe Culver and Bryan Clay saw a fitness industry that was broken, companies put profit above members and benefited when you didn't work out or hit your goals. They knew that they could do so much better!

Founder Bryan Clay is a silver and gold medal Olympian, 3x World Champion, 3x USA Champion, and an accomplished speaker and writer.

His 20-year career in professional sports taught him what it takes to have a fitness journey filled with growth, where he was receiving the world’s best support through coaches, trainers, nutritionists, psychologists, and tech. When Bryan retired from his career in professional sports and tried to stay healthy and fit on his own, he quickly realized the fitness industry is broken and segmented.

To the average person, personal training is expensive, group fitness is one-size-fits-all, and there are dozens of disorganized apps to track activity and plan meals.

That’s why Bryan joined forces with 30-year entrepreneur, investor, and franchising expert Joe Culver to create Eat The Frog Fitness.

Adding connected fitness, the "+" in the strategy adds a high-touch member experience and the ability to extend beyond the studio's four walls. We can use tech to understand our members better, offering elite training insights to personalize their fitness experience.

He reads and analyzes your (many) health and fitness apps and connects to your fitness wearables (Apple Watch, Fitbit...) to gain insight into your personal health and wellness. Using AI, Tad will be able to make intelligent recommendations, tweak your training plans, and that’s just the start.
