Hi I wanted to change my investment from $500 to $5000. Is it possible?

Yes you can change your investment amount. If you need help with this please reach out to us via eaglebarcc@gmail.com.

For a non-US person, if the investment is significant enough would you consider structuring their investment as an interest bearing loan that qualifies for the portfolio interest exemption? This allows the lender not to pay US tax on the repayments.

I have concerns about the plan for cover charges on Friday and Saturday. Is the plan to charge $40 just to enter? I hope not because it will be viewed negatively and definitely affect business. Please clarify if this is the plan

The cover charge will be ~$15 which is comparable to what the Barracks previously charged. Bunker charges ~$10. For the big events like gay pride, where we will be flying in DJs, our cover charge will be comparable to Reforma and the hotel ballroom gay pride parties.

The former bar was around 30 years and we want to keep ours around for another 30+ which is why we are doing a complete remodel. 3. We miss our old bar and night life sucks currently in Palm Springs. The opportunity is there, the market demands it, and we want to raise the standard. 4. Our bar is already famous and we aren't even op...

What is the address of the proposed location, Palm Springs or Cathedral City? If Palm Springs why are you calling in Eagle Cathedral City? If in Cathedral City, why are you saying the location is Palm Springs? The name makes this very confusing. Thank you.

Our address in 67625 E Palm Canyon Dr in Cathedral City. We titled our Wefunder page referencing Palm Springs since it is a more recognizable location to a broader base of people. If you walk across Palm Canyon Dr to the residential community on the other side of the street, you are in Palm Springs. It's that close. However, we are proud to be located in Cathedral City and grateful for the full support the city government and community has granted us.
