Do you intend to pay a dividend (post-conversion)?

Hi Craig! We do intend to pay dividends to shareholders post conversion. We anticipate a three to five year horizon for annual dividends to begin, as we will first prioritize reinvesting profits for growth and scale.

Hi Lance. We have not had issues with security or the Nicaraguan government to date. While Nicaragua has long been one of the poorest countries in the Western Hemisphere (only Haiti has been poorer consistently), it's also been the safest country after its neighbor, Costa Rica. Hi Cameron, we don't have reviewed financials to share, but we will work on getting a 2020 financial update here that hopefully will answer your question.
