Hello Minwoo, All the investments raised under the SAFE term will convert when we start the price round. Your 10k investment will either convert at 5m valuation of the company or 20% discounted rate, whichever is more financially beneficial to you. In a successful scenario, the company will either exit or go for IPO, at which time you can choose to sell your shares. The flip side is if the company fails and your investment is lost.
