Dixie Grace's Boiled Peanuts and Boiled Peanut Hummus began operations in the spring of 2022, selling two thousand pounds at (~$28/per pound - in less than five months) of artisanal Boiled Peanuts and Boiled Peanut Hummus at farmers' markets in New Jersey. Our innovative, uniquely inspired - delicious savory products and an inviting interactive atmosphere have been astoundingly received by customers, with a 97% taste test conversion rate. We are in the Commercialization Phase and committed to quality. We currently offer six exceptional and exclusive Boiled Peanut Products in development with Cornell Food Venture Center – Pilot Plant Program at Cornell AgriTech to ensure food safety, food stability, product development, and scale-up optimization. Our hybrid business model includes Manufacturing, Direct-to-Retail, Direct-to-Food Service, and Franchising, giving a unique value proposition to our customers.
