Strengths
says, "I always love seeing businesses that are being built by founders because of their own experiences and frustrations, and Ndyebo is doing just that with Dawn Music. They have a bold vision to serve the music industry and initial traction from existing customers."
Advice
says, "I believe that their product provides real value to artists and music managers. One thing I would like to better understand is how they create a highly scalable platform to efficiently market artists once they have a much higher number of customers, versus becoming a one-on-one concierge service requiring high-touch for each of their artists."
Comment from Dawn Music Legion

Dawn Music Legion says, "Here it is Mr Eric, I have also read your feedback and advice. Thank you mr, we want you to know that we are aware of the problem with getting many orders, We get that a lot when we get clients on fiverr and other platforms we advertise on. Currently the marketing orders are handled one on one and that we have seen that our competitors choose to close the promos for new buyers as old managers who keep buying and buying in bulks. We also came up with the same strategy for our customers whereby we pause the gigs and then start them once the load has been reduced. When looking at distribution which is not done manually but by sending music to the stores via ftp and a release date of the music is set to 2 weeks after uploading and therefore giving us enough time to process the orders. We are thinking that a similar strategy would work whereby the marketing orders would be handled by a separate group so that workload is manageable within the teams and that this team would accept and deliver an order within or after a certain time period, maybe after a week so we have enough time. The one on one promos are only done for iTunes Charting which is one of the most purchased services we provide. Will think of more ways to get a better way of handling bulk orders. Youtube and Spotify are not manual and only take a minute to process and that we have a database and interface we use to manage the Spotify and Youtube promotions automatically. Thank you!"
