Sure! We're in our pre-seed raise now. Our phase 1 goal is to build an advance prototype that we can test on healthy adults. In phase 2 we'll design and enroll people in pilot studies. Thanks George! We feel the same way! We just don't accept fall injuries as part of the aging process. We can do better. That's why we're pushing so hard to get our advanced prototype built and tested. If personal crash protection systems are already out there for motorcyling, downhill skiing and equestrian, then we should be able to provide comfortable, lightweight fall injury protection for older adults.

Hi John Jay, Thanks for those questions. Our U.S. Patent (No. 10,897,938 B2) offers protections for many proprietary elements of our design. The patent cannot prevent other companies from selling other products designed to reduce injury from falls. Hi Ryan, If I understand the B2 designation correctly on the patent, it's a pre-grant. This just means you've applied for a patent, correct? When do you expect to get the official grant?

Hi! We received our Notice of Allowance from the USPTO in Sept. 2020 and received the formal letters patent on January 26, 2021. I just looked up what the B2 code means. It means our non-provisional grant application was published pre-grant.
