Hey Joris, at the end you should not look for an equity round or a conversion, you should look for an ipo or an exit. Here’s an example, let’s say we do a Series A and there’s a conversion, in that case there’s no liquidity event for you. You would need to wait for an exit or ipo. On the other hand let’s say we don’t raise any more rounds, in this case you would still need to wait for a liquidity event. but to answer your question in about 6 years you should see a liquidity event from Datagra...

Hey Eliezer, we actually did a Republic campaign before and it was a disaster. Mostly because the Republic team made too many mistakes. For example they had problems with the Escrow agent and with those delays the campaign lasted just 1 month instead of 4. When they sent our email blast they stated that our growth was 20% YoY instead of 20% MoM and I can go on and on. That said when Wefunder reached out we where more than happy to try it out.
