With over 5 years of Research and Development in the charitable giving industry, Crowdera’s proprietary technology has now evolved to be an advanced team fundraising, corporate giving and fund syndication solution. We have already supported fundraising for over 1500 nonprofit organizations across the world, together impacting over 100K lives.

In 2011, I founded FundEdu, which evolved to be a commission-based platform for education fundraising. I couldn't stand seeing these good-willed startups lose money from the commissions on fundraising platforms.

What's worse, these commissions prevented donors from donating. I finally exited from FundEdu to pursue a bigger mission of creating a forever commission-free platform.

By never charging commissions on campaigns, we ensured that more donor dollars go towards actually solving the issues that matter. 

Our Indian company today is one of the largest nonprofit funding portals in India. And we’re growing. 

Our 8000+ compassionate donors from over 60 countries have supported fundraising for over 1500 global nonprofit organizations that include a few American organizations. We are now ready to dedicatedly support American Causes and American Organizations via our American Company, Crowdera Inc. So far, we've helped nearly 100 US nonprofits raise over $500,000. 

We're fundraising on Wefunder for our US chapter because we want to lead by example with our belief in the power of crowdfunding and trust in the American investment ecosystem to support deserving innovators and social entrepreneurs wanting to support causes and dreams on the American soil.

How we make money 

Although our crowdfunding platform is fee-free, our SaaS offering is a freemium subscription-based business model and will help us to generate substantial annual recurring revenue per customer. 

Our crowdfunding software is absolutely fee-free, wherein any individual or organization can start a free p2p fundraising campaign or a fundraising website using our intuitive campaign creation tool and start raising in under 1o mins.

Our premium / freemium software as a service solution is available via annual subscriptions starting an Annual Contract Value of $1188 with multiple premium services upgrades in the subscription plans.

Moreover, our latest few partnerships have brought down our operational expenses substantially by virtue of free credits and major discounts from partners like AWS, Hubspot, Monday, Sendgrid, Typeform, Stripe, and Wepay.

What makes us different

We’re currently working on filing a few patents soon for our intellectual property (IP) of unique group fundraising creating a 2-level deep fundraising framework with strong potential to create a network effect in charitable fundraising via volunteers and supporters. Our unique proprietary group fundraising IP can help any small or large charitable organization to manage their multi-tier (multiple communities, cities, or branches) fundraising initiatives from a single dashboard. 

The same set of tools can be used to manage employee engagement initiatives by any corporation as part of their corporate giving processes.
