Matthew, Great questions! We have about 35 spots in the parking lot of our building 604 Gallatin ave and directly across the street from our building (across Eastland Ave) we have a parking garage with another roughly 85 parking spaces. There also is a bank which is closed during the evening hours when we are open located directly across Gallatin Ave that has another roughly 75 parking spaces. If I had to guess not including street parking in the area we should have about 200+ parking spaces ...

Edwin, We will have an elevated snack menu. Not the kind of place you will come for a big dinner but just items that go great with drinking wine and cocktails. Think in the style of Spanish Pintxos. Here is what our opening food menu will look like (subject to some small changes) Black Truffle popcorn Olives and Marcona Almond mix Mediterranean Chips, Iberico Salchicha, Aioli Mortadella, Parmesan w/ Aged Balsamic, Breadsticks Tinned Fish, Spanish Peppers, Lavosh Cracker

Anand we would love to have you on board! Investors are going to be paid a return of 20% on their invested capital and then receive a portion profit in perpetuity in relation to the amount of the total portion they own of the investor shares. Investors are paid back 100% of profits first until they recoup their investment plus 20%

Hey Matthew! We finally got the stress test we were looking for last night and found that unfortunately our main lines pipe exiting the building had a blockage about 100 feet in that may have been exacerbated by the volume of people we experienced from the second we opened our doors. We stayed at the bar til 4am with two teams of plumbers to identify the issue and begin to remove it. Never was an issue prior to having the unbelievable turnout from last night!
