Copperworks is not planning for an IPO, but we also haven't ruled out the possibility. A more likely liquidity event for Copperworks would be a merger or acquisition with another producer, distributor, or related industry partner. To make the company attractive to an M&A possibility, we plan to increase our inventory of aging whiskey, increase our sales, and increase our production capacity. I see a large short term liability. Will this be paid off from the crowd funding?

We can pay off our short term loans via normal cash-flow during the second (our busiest) half of the year. But we may choose to pay down part of those short term liabilities using some funds raised from this offer. In either case, we'll have more capital to fund increased production and sales efforts--the goal of this offer.

At Copperworks Distilling, we started with what we know: brewing beer. We brewed a Pale Ale, and a Scotch Ale, and then then we distilled the alcohol out of them to turn them into Whiskey, Vodka, and Gin.
