Can you talk a bit more about the specifics of the Cooler Master partnership? How will you guys make money, and what more needs to happen before you go into production?

We are looking at both licensing and reselling revenue models. Revenues from our first product together will be through royalty payments. Before we get into production we have to go through a relatively standard battery of reliability and operational tests.

Which investors are involved in this round and are any past investors doing follow-on investments?

Hi Adam – We've got a great set of new investors for this round. No follow-on from previous investors was needed. Once you go into production, what are your goals for overall sales year over year? Outside of mircosofts xbox

Great question. The next 12 months will focus on go-to-market. You can see where we are headed in slide 25 of the pitch deck. We are driving to sales of retail products and OEM design-wins. From there, it will be about scaling a validated model. Initial revenues will come from licensing of a low-profile, high-performance PC Gaming unit.
