what kind of shares are you offering and what is the nominal value i.e. how much does for ex US$1,000 buy in the Como Audio stock? Also is there a tiered s/h with the founder(s) having more voting rights/control?

Hi Dr. Adler, We are offering preferred shares valued at $2.50 each. A thousand dollars would buy 400 shares. These shares have liquidation preference over the founder's shares. The voting rights are proxied to the board. Please let mw know if you have other questions. best, tom

Hi Alan, The company's financial situation is pretty clearly spelled out in the form C. That said, our accounts receivable and payables are current. We have $1.5 million in paid inventory and we have to watch our cash flow very carefully. To your second question, it's not whether you need a cell phone or not, it's whether it is easy and enjoyable to use. HI Dave, Thanks very much for supporting us and the kind words about my products. I've brought two companies public and in addition have done a private equity deal and an M&A deal on one of the public companies. So fair to say we will do whatever seems to be in the best interest of our investors at the time. My experience is that preferred stock in a situation like this many time is converted to the new securities.

Hi Alain, I can fill in some of the details. Our breakeven revenue is around 3 1/2 million dollars. The inventory is sufficient to meet our needs through years end. The reason for the large inventory is the minimum order quantities required by our manufacturing partners.
