Daniel, Great observation. This is a razor/razor blade business. The cost of entry is a $500.00 set up fee. This is a very low cost of entry for salons. For that the salon gets two dispensers, a full complement of color, and training; a $10,000 value. Our average customer buys between $3,000 to $8,000 per month of our color, producing approximately $2,600 to $6,400 in gross margins.
