Cleirs was born from a problem we’ve seen for years: talented Latino entrepreneurs want to sell, invest, and grow in the United States, but language, culture, and lack of sales infrastructure keep them stuck on the outside. Many have great products, competitive pricing, and ambition — but no trusted bridge into the U.S. market.

We built Cleirs to be that bridge. Operating from inside the U.S. and working primarily in Spanish, we act as a growth and sales partner for Latino businesses entering or scaling in the American market. Unlike traditional agencies, we align incentives by getting paid mainly on results. If our clients don’t generate real leads or sales, we don’t win.

Our founder brings over 10 years of experience in business, legal structuring, and growth strategy, with deep knowledge of how companies are built, scaled, and financed. The broader team combines performance marketing, influencer marketing, sales execution, and communication expertise. Together, we focus on execution — not theory.

Cleirs is designed to scale with an asset-light model. We focus on sales and demand generation while outsourcing logistics and fulfillment when needed. This allows us to grow efficiently and adapt quickly across industries and markets.

Our long-term vision is bigger than one company. Cleirs exists to help Latinos transition from employees to owners and investors. By raising through Regulation Crowdfunding, we are opening ownership to the same community we serve. We believe the next great growth platforms in the U.S. will be built with, and owned by, the Latino community — and Cleirs is just getting started.
