Great question Gary. To start, I'm going to restate the terms, then explain them a bit. First, tranche 1) 110-125% (depending on the amount and timing) of your investment will be paid to investors out of each motion picture's bank-provided production budget (about $50 million each). So, for example, if you invested 1000 into Sequels, when OneDoor gets the bank financed production funding for Simulated, then you will receive at that time $366.66. Great Question Eugene. Keep in mind that you'll also be sharing in the proportional share of the profits from each of the sequels. So while the final sequel film may still be in development and you wouldn't have received the 10% return from that film yet, by that time you would also already be sharing in the profits from the 1st sequel. The 110% return is merely the beginning risk mitigating factor. I wouldn't be excited about the 110% after six years either, but the entire investment picture...
