We have accomplished about as much as two people are capable of so far. Our efforts have proven three fundamental things:

1. All kinds of people can live together peacefully in a well-designed space.
2. There's no hard limit on the number of people who can share a home.
3. People can live in a comfortable sleeping pod house for well over a year.

Now, it's time for us to scale our operation and launch in the largest market: New York City.

We already have two part-time employees:

• One with an MBA and a proven track record for starting successful sales-based businesses;
• Another with amazing manufacturing skills and lots of potential.

We would love to bring them on full time, and hire other staff to help us grow.

We’re running a market process for our seed round - terms will be decided at a later date based on investor interest.

To date we’ve raised $166k in outside investment. Here are the highlights of what we’ve done so far:

• Opened two houses, 20 pods total. 
• Opening third house in LA that will double the number of pods we have available for rent.
• Began manufacturing pods ourselves, which will enable custom sales to hostels, shelters, and universities.
• Ordered 62 more pods from our steel manufacturer in China.
