Our Story

Brokurz did not start as an idea on a whiteboard. It started when we opened our own real estate brokerage and ran straight into the same problem independent brokers everywhere face: there was no true operating system built for how a brokerage actually works.

Everything was fragmented. Agents lived in one system. Transactions lived in another. Compliance was manual. Payouts were separate. Onboarding was clunky. Reporting was disconnected. And somehow, the broker was still responsible for all of it.

The big players had infrastructure. Independents had to stitch together a mess of tools and hope it held.

So we built our own.

What started as an internal system to run our brokerage became the backbone of our operations. We used it in the real world, pressure-tested it through actual transactions, compliance workflows, agent onboarding, payouts, and day-to-day brokerage management. We did not build Brokurz to sell software. We built it because we needed it ourselves.

That is what makes Brokurz different.

It was born from the real operational pain of running a brokerage, then refined inside one. Today, Brokurz is the AI-powered operating system we wish existed when we started: one platform for agents, transactions, compliance, payouts, onboarding, recruiting, and performance, all under the broker’s own brand.

Now we are taking the system we built for ourselves and scaling it to power the next generation of independent brokerages.

The industry has adapted to broken infrastructure for years.

But the model has changed.

Brokerages are going virtual. They are scaling differently. They need systems built for how they operate today, not tools patched together from the past.

What we built

Instead of adding another tool to an already broken stack, we rebuilt the system entirely.

Brokurz is an AI-powered operating system for real estate brokerages that allows brokers to run their entire business in one place, under their own brand, without relying on fragmented tools or physical infrastructure.

For the first time, brokerages can operate fully virtual and scale beyond their local market without opening offices or rebuilding their tech stack. What used to require multiple systems, manual oversight, and constant coordination is now handled inside a single platform designed to run the entire brokerage.

From the front end to the back end, everything is unified. Brokerages can manage agents, run transactions, automate compliance, process payouts, onboard new hires, and track performance through one system where every part works together seamlessly.

Compliance is built directly into the workflow and powered by AI, giving brokers real visibility and control without chasing paperwork or relying on manual checks.

Brokurz is fully white-labeled, meaning the entire experience runs under the brokerage’s own brand. To agents and clients, it feels like their own proprietary system.

This is not another tool added to the stack.

It is the infrastructure that replaces it.

Real-world validation

What started as an internal system is now moving into the market.

We launched Brokurz publicly in April 2026 and already have paying customers, with additional brokerages in active onboarding conversations.

These are operators facing the same fragmented systems, now evaluating Brokurz as the infrastructure to run their business.

The shift from internal product to external demand is already underway.

Why now

The brokerage industry is at an inflection point:

  1. Over 90,000 independent brokerages are underserved
  2. There has been a 65% increase in tech stack complexity since 2020...Tech stacks are becoming more complex, not simpler
  3. Brokers are moving toward lean, virtual-first operations in fact 72% of brokers expect to downsize or eliminate offices by 2026.

The shift is already happening.

There just isn’t a platform built for it.

Until now.

Business model

Brokurz generates revenue through a scalable, multi-layered model.

We charge monthly SaaS subscriptions based on brokerage size and capacity, along with onboarding fees for larger organizations. As brokerages grow, Brokurz grows with them.

In addition, we monetize the flow of transactions through embedded payments and financial infrastructure, creating a second layer of revenue tied directly to platform usage.

Vision

The real estate brokerage is no longer a local business.

It is becoming a global, digital-first company.

What used to require offices, teams, and fragmented software will be replaced by infrastructure. A single system that runs the entire brokerage, from operations to compliance to transactions to payouts, across any market in the world.

The firms that win will not be the ones with the most agents or the largest footprint.

They will be the ones running on the best systems.

From the United States to Dubai to Africa and beyond, brokerages will consolidate onto one operating layer.

Brokurz is building that layer.

The opportunity

We are opening up a portion of Brokurz for public investment.

Early investors are getting in while we are still in the early stages of scaling, before broader adoption across the industry.

Closing

Brokerages have spent years adapting their businesses to fit broken software. We built Brokurz so the software finally fits the business.
