I don't think anyone can be 100% certain this early. I try to let the numbers speak more than I do. We've grown to 70+ startups, quintupled our ARR since relaunching, and kept 96% retention so far, which tells me the problem is real for founders. There's still a lot of work ahead of us, and that's honestly what this raise is for but I've put my own time, money and reputation behind this because I genuinely believe it's worth building. Our preferred exit path would be a strategic acquisition by a larger technology, financial services, or business software company. That said, we’re focused on building long-term value and will pursue the best outcome for shareholders based on our growth and market opportunities.

Hi Glenn - thanks for the question, and glad to hear you’re considering investing. Today we have 12 paying customers generating approximately $1K MRR, or ~$83/month per paying customer, with 94% retention. The balance of our 70+ startups includes 21 early beta users we’re converting from our original freemium model, 35 startups activated through partnerships with 1–3 month promotional periods, and 6 currently in trial.
