Since Twilio is merely an API to send messages to a carrier, there are very few restaurants that have the ability to use Twilio. Yes, this transfers to several retail sectors. For instance we already have some non restaurant customers even though it hasn’t been our focus. If a business relies on a frequent repeat purchaser, this is a very viable solution.
