BILLBOARDBUG — INVESTOR MEMO

The Presence Layer of the Physical World

Billboardbug is the infrastructure layer that lets businesses, consumers, and AI agents discover, create, deploy, optimize, and measure real-world experiences — anchored to exact physical coordinates.

We GPS-anchor programmable zones to real locations and capture the moment a person arrives: the 1.2-second CUB (Changing User Behavior) — the arrival window where physical-world intent becomes measurable and actionable. Most advertising and discovery technology stops at the screen. Billboardbug operates at the coordinate: the place where digital intelligence produces real-world outcomes.

After 14 years of R&D, the result is not another ad platform. It is the execution layer for physical space.

The Problem

Local advertising is one of the largest markets in the world, and the tools serving it are decades out of date. Inventory is hard to find, campaigns are hard to launch, and almost nothing connects digital engagement to what actually happens on the ground. Small businesses are effectively locked out: a business owner today still can't gain visibility in their own market, deploy a campaign in minutes, access premium inventory, or prove a real customer walked through the door.

And a second gap is opening faster. AI systems can now reason, plan, and decide — but they have no standardized way to act in physical space. They can generate a campaign. They cannot place one at a coordinate, trigger it on arrival, and measure the result. There is no execution layer between digital intelligence and the physical world.

Billboardbug is that layer.

The Solution

Every physical location becomes a programmable digital asset, defined by latitude, longitude, and altitude. Businesses launch and optimize campaigns on it. AI agents discover, activate, and measure against it. Both operate through one common spatial execution layer spanning:

  1. Physical and AR billboard campaigns
  2. AI-driven local discovery
  3. VR environments and holographic activations
  4. Wearable-triggered, location-based experiences
  5. Real-world commerce tied to actual arrivals

The differentiator is not reasoning — it is execution. While most of the market builds AI that thinks, Billboardbug builds the infrastructure that lets AI do — in the physical world, at a measurable coordinate.

Traction

Fourteen years of building produced a foundation that cannot be replicated quickly, because it is built on behavior, not features. The proprietary behavioral routing dataset is the moat: 25,062+ real routing trips, growing daily, from which we reverse-engineered the physics of physical-world arrival:

  1. The 1.2-second CUB — the arrival window where intent is captured
  2. The 4-visit lock-in threshold — the point a location enters the "danger zone" of habitual return
  3. A 12-locations-per-week behavioral baseline
  4. Zone Critical Density (ZCD) — 15+ zones per 0.5 sq mi, the threshold where a market reaches activation density

No competitor has this. It is not a feature set anyone can ship; it is a decade-plus of movement and arrival data that compounds with every trip.

Surrounding that core:

  1. 2,286,473+ spatial billboards generated on the platform
  2. 127,000+ guided journeys collected
  3. 25,000+ FAA-regulated routing interactions at 97% compliance
  4. Live behavioral data and deployments spanning Heathrow Terminal 5, the London Underground, and Columbus, OH — across iOS, Android, web, and Meta Quest
  5. 10 paying pilot customers generating ~$3K MRR at $15/day ($300/month) per zone, at 85% gross margins
  6. 250 brick-and-mortar businesses on the onboarding waitlist — roughly a third of our 18-month zone target, in pipeline at $0 CAC

And the agent thesis is already real, not aspirational:

April 4, 2026 — First Crossing. An autonomous agent in OpenClawCity.AI moved a commercial asset to a real GPS address through our v1 API — the first time an autonomous agent crossed from a virtual environment into physical-world commerce.

April 28, 2026 — Independent discovery. A Perplexity agent found our API on its own, unprompted, and created a live deal at The Ohio State University's Main Campus Oval. Zero human setup.

May 10, 2026 — Generative autonomy. A Perplexity agent generated and published a holographic image at a specific real-world coordinate, entirely on its own.

The execution layer is being used by agents we did not point at it.

Why Now

Four shifts are converging at once:

  1. AI agents increasingly need tools to act beyond the screen — and have nowhere to do it.
  2. Spatial computing — AR glasses, wearables, mixed reality — is moving into mainstream adoption.
  3. Local commerce is digitizing, and small businesses need measurable, affordable alternatives to legacy advertising.
  4. Physical AI is the defining frontier of the next decade: connecting digital intelligence to real-world execution.

These don't create an incremental opportunity. They create a once-in-a-generation opening to own the foundational infrastructure for programmable physical space — before the category has a name.

Competitive Advantage

Billboardbug is a category of one, defended by things that take years to build:

  1. A spatial execution infrastructure, not an ad network
  2. A proprietary 25,062+ trip behavioral routing dataset that compounds daily
  3. True physical-world attribution at the moment of arrival
  4. Native AI-agent compatibility — already proven in production
  5. Multi-platform deployment across mobile, web, and headset
  6. Small-business accessibility at a price point legacy inventory can't touch

Many companies are racing to build AI that reasons. Billboardbug is the layer that lets it land.

The Raise

We are raising up to $2,000,000 under Regulation Crowdfunding on Wefunder, via a post-money valuation cap SAFE with a 10% discount, with an anticipated close of July 31, 2026. The plan the capital funds: replicate our arrival-corridor model across 3 airports to 720 paying zones — $216K MRR / $2.6M ARR — within 18 months of closing, at $556 all-in CAC per zone, 2.2-month payback, and 11:1 LTV:CAC.

Use of funds: 35% platform & engineering, 30% market expansion, 20% sales & distribution, 15% operations & hiring.

Vision

A future where every physical location can be discovered, activated, optimized, and measured — by humans and AI alike. A restaurant promotion. A holographic event. An AR experience. A wearable-triggered offer. An autonomous AI campaign placed and optimized without a human in the loop.

All running through one spatial execution layer. The Presence Layer of the physical world.

The Opportunity

The physical world is becoming programmable. Billboardbug is the marketplace, the execution engine, and the operating layer that lets businesses, consumers, and AI agents participate in it. We've already proven AI companies will act through our API. Now we scale the inventory, the ecosystem, and the reach to own that layer.

We invite you to build the next generation of physical-world infrastructure with us.
