How does the JHU Option Agreement translate into the License? What are some ranges of terms we can expect with the license deal? For how long will the license be exclusive? For new IP, does Atom or JHU get to own the patents?

Like most Options, it translates into a License when we choose to negotiate it during the option period. It is our intention to negotiate it after the Wefunder campaign closes. As for specifics — eg terms and length — I can't speak to what's been discussed so far since it wanders into confidentiality disclosure territory. In the Form C, there's $217,049 in short term debt. What is the form of the debt? Will the debt be carried or paid off by this raise?

It's just the SAFEs we've taken so far. The SEC requires them to be on the balance sheet as debt.

The $120MM DARPA grant was both to JHU and Deka. Deka got FDA approval for another arm in 2014. Is Deka part of the upcoming licensing deal, or a competitor?

DEKA R&D'd the LUKE arm, which was commercialized by Mobius Bionics, and FDA approved in 2014. They're a competitor and not part of this deal.

I shocked when i see team like this involved in pre-revenue company , but after i enter to their accounts in linkedin , I see they are involved in another company as advisors and full time, and no one from them mention he is work for this company

Yes our founding team are all advisors to many other companies, including me. We just came out of being in stealth mode for 1.5 years. Atom Limbs is our full-time job.

Yes there are granted patents, filed patents, and a large amount of proprietary hardware & knowhow, eg the miniaturized robotics.
