Atlas Training Co. is a mind and body wellness company serving the LGBTQ+ community and allies. It was created to address a gap in traditional fitness and wellness models — the lack of integration between physical health, mental well-being, and community support.
Atlas is built around the belief that sustainable change happens when people feel safe, supported, and connected, not when they are pushed through transactional programs or short-term goals.
Many people struggle with consistency in fitness and wellness not because they lack motivation or information, but because the environments they enter do not support long-term behavior change. Traditional gyms often focus on performance without context, results without support, and workouts without community.
For LGBTQ+ individuals in particular, fitness spaces can feel intimidating, misaligned, or unsafe. Atlas exists to offer an alternative — one that blends training, mindfulness, education, and connection into a single experience designed to support the whole person.
Atlas operates an established training facility in Palm Springs that serves as the foundation for the business. The company offers personal training, group-based programs, and emerging mind and body wellness experiences. These offerings are being rolled out intentionally, with a focus on quality, alignment, and sustainability rather than rapid expansion.
In addition to serving clients directly, Atlas supports independent trainers and instructors who operate within the facility. This creates an additional revenue stream while expanding the range of services available to the community and reinforcing Atlas as a collaborative wellness environment.
The business has been built through founder self-funding and operational discipline, allowing Atlas to develop without outside pressure or premature scaling.
Atlas generates revenue through a combination of direct services and shared infrastructure. This includes personal training, group memberships, programs, and fees associated with independent trainers and instructors who use the space to serve their own clients.
Over time, Atlas is building toward a broader set of offerings that can exist beyond a single physical location. The long-term vision includes experiential programs, destination-based experiences, and digital education that extend Atlas’s reach without relying solely on brick-and-mortar growth.
This layered model allows Atlas to grow thoughtfully, adding new offerings as systems and demand mature.
Palm Springs plays a meaningful role in Atlas’s identity. It is a place people come to reset, heal, and reinvent themselves. It has a strong LGBTQ+ presence and a long-standing connection to wellness, recovery, and intentional living.
Atlas is designed to grow within this environment while also becoming a destination brand — one that people seek out for deeper transformation, whether locally or as part of a broader journey.
Atlas Recovery was founded as a nonprofit to provide wellness scholarships for people in early recovery. The goal is to expand access to wellness resources for individuals who can benefit most but may not otherwise have the means.
By separating the nonprofit from the for-profit business, Atlas ensures that impact is intentional and sustainable without compromising the health of the core company.
Atlas is founder-led by someone with deep experience in systems, behavior change, and execution. Before entering the wellness space full time, the founder spent decades leading large-scale organizational change initiatives and complex HR system implementations. That work shaped a strong understanding of how people adopt new behaviors — and why most change efforts fail without the right structure and support.
That same systems-based thinking is now being applied to wellness, fitness, and community-building.
Atlas has been built carefully and deliberately. This raise is intended to create stability, provide operating runway, and allow focused investment in scalable offerings, community growth, and operational support. It is not about rushing expansion, but about supporting the next phase of development with clarity and intention.
This is the first time Atlas has invited outside investors to participate.
Atlas is not trying to be everything at once. It is being built slowly, thoughtfully, and with purpose.
This investment opportunity is for people who believe that wellness is more than workouts, that community matters, and that sustainable businesses are built through care, discipline, and long-term thinking.
Atlas is an invitation to help build something meaningful — together.
