Memo

The problem

Every year, hundreds of thousands of pets get into something they shouldn't. Chocolate, grapes, xylitol, a dropped pill, the plant on the windowsill. The ASPCA logged over 376,000 toxic exposures in 2025 and helped more than 334,000 animals through its Animal Poison Control Center. The Pet Poison Helpline handles over 100,000 cases a year. None of this is exotic. It's ordinary stuff sitting in ordinary homes.

Here's the part that doesn't get talked about enough: what actually happens depends on the substance, the amount, the animal, and how fast you act. There's real expertise out there, vets and toxicology hotlines who know exactly what to do. But that expertise only helps if you can get to it fast, and if you show up with the basics already sorted. Your pet's current weight. Their medical history. Which vet to call. Where the nearest emergency clinic actually is.

Most people don't have any of that ready. They're digging through a junk drawer for a phone number while the clock is running.

What we built

TOXRES-Q™ is our answer to that gap. It's a physical kit plus a digital platform, built to work together as one system, so the moment something goes wrong, you're not starting from zero.

The physical kit includes a weight-guided emergency response gel, a weight-guided toxin-binding support gel, sterile saline eye rinse, a specimen bag, a mini scoop, gloves, fragrance-free wipes, an emergency information card, and a compact carrying pouch built for a car door, a backpack, or a belt. None of it replaces a vet. It's there so that when a vet or a poison-control line gives you direction, you can actually follow it right away instead of scrambling.

The digital platform holds your pet's profiles, medical records, emergency contacts, and gives you a real path to vets, emergency clinics, and professional toxicology access. It also handles product registration, recall alerts, and lets you share information with a sitter or a vet when you need to. The physical and digital pieces are built to work as one experience, but the app stands on its own too. It doesn't depend on any single company or partnership to stay useful.

To be clear about where the lines are: TOXRES-Q™ is preparedness and response support. Arkadia does not compete with veterinarians or professional toxicologists. It makes pet owners better prepared to act on their guidance. Diagnosis and treatment stay with a licensed veterinarian or toxicology professional, always.

Why this, why now

There are 95 million pet-owning households in the U.S., and pet industry spending is projected to hit $165B in 2026, up from $158B in 2025. That's 71M dog households and 53M cat households (some overlap between the two).

Right now, this space is fragmented. You've got general first-aid kits, individual toxin-response products sold one at a time, digital pet-record apps, and veterinary or poison-control services, but nobody selling all of it together as one preparedness system. We're not claiming nobody else touches any of these pieces. We're saying nobody's put physical resources, pet-specific information, a path to professional access, and an ongoing digital relationship into one product.

Where we are today

We've built the corporate and IP foundation: U.S. corporate structure, a U.S. non-provisional patent application covering the core TOXRES-Q™ system architecture, and that IP is formally assigned to Arkadia Pet Care Inc. (claim scope is still subject to USPTO examination, so we're not overstating that). We've got the physical product architecture finalized, supplier-ready component specs, a full digital platform spec, and real relationships with veterinary advisors.

Active right now: building our production-representative TOXRES-Q™ units, locking our final manufacturing route, finishing the digital launch version, and — this is the one we're most excited about — we're in advanced discussions, under an executed NDA, with one of only two U.S. animal poison-control centers that the FDA identifies as a 24/7 resource for urgent veterinary advice.

Next up: a debut at Global Pet Expo 2027, converting early demand into commercial orders, scaling production against real orders, and launching direct-to-consumer.

How we make money

Product sales are the core: TOXRES-Q™ kits at a base working MSRP of $89.99. On top of that, replacement purchases following use or component expiration, plus additional-location purchases (for example, one for the car and one for home), digital memberships, and eventually institutional and wholesale channels, select marketplaces, and conventional retail down the line. If we end up with contractually defined professional-service arrangements, that's additional revenue too.

TOXRES-Q™ is Arkadia's first major commercial product within a broader pet-preparedness platform, creating a foundation for future preparedness products and services.

Our base-case planning model (and we want to be straight that these are planning estimates, not guarantees) has us at 30,000 units and $2.51M in recognized revenue in our first commercial year, at a 62% gross margin. From there: $6.25M in Year 2, $16.10M in Year 3, $37.40M in Year 4, and $82.30M in Year 5, on unit volumes of 75K, 200K, 500K, and 1.2M respectively. Manufacturing costs improve with scale too — our modeled landed cost per unit drops from about $16.73 at 5,000 units to about $8.60 at 100,000 units. Actual results depend on supplier terms, channel economics, customer acquisition, and how well we execute, so treat these as our best current model, not a promise.

Go-to-market

We're starting where we know the product best: direct-to-consumer. We'll build early demand through preorders and drive toward our Global Pet Expo 2027 debut, size our first production run to actual order evidence and the working capital we have on hand, then launch DTC and expand into select channels from there. Professional and institutional buyers (think working-dog programs and similar) are a second path we're already in conversations about. Conventional retail comes later, once we've proven the model.

We're running lean right now. Compensation and how much time each person puts in scales up as we bring in financing and the commercial workload grows.

What we're raising it for

We're raising to move from pre-commercial build into actual commercial execution. That capital goes toward: final regulatory, legal, and commercial readiness; sourcing, manufacturing, and standing up our production-representative systems; finishing the digital platform and our professional-access pathway; brand, video, and commercial presentation work; our Global Pet Expo 2027 debut; partnership and market development; demand creation and launch marketing; and initial production, fulfillment, and working capital.

The bet we're asking you to make

We're moving from build mode into commercial execution. What we've got: a real, documented, recurring need; a physical-and-digital system that doesn't exist as a combined product anywhere else right now; patent-pending IP; a model that gets more efficient as we scale; direct relationships with our customers; recurring digital revenue on top of product sales; a real pathway into professional and institutional channels; and room to grow internationally over time.

Every pet owner already knows the fear of watching their dog eat something they shouldn't have. We built the thing we wish existed the first time that happened to us. The first decision is to be ready.
