Page 2 of the Subscription Agreement says that Wefunder is not liable for its own information! How does that figure?

Hi John. This clause exists so that Wefunder is not liable if companies fail to report material information during the process of drafting and submitting legal documents. April worked very closely with our legal counsel and Wefunder to ensure we comply with all SEC and Wefunder platform requirements.
