Promissory Note
Beginning eighteen months after the Effective Date, the Company shall pay to the Investor an annual amount equal to 6.0% of the initial investment. Payments shall continue annually for a period of sixty months or until the Investor has received total payments equal to 1.45x the initial investment.

In short, I see this as a good investment opportunity. Having met with Kate and discussed the project, I believe it has great potential.
