What's the valuation cap, and are you still on schedule to launch in April 2022?

Our val cap as of March 2023 is $15 million. Our venture partner committed to invest $3 million on a $15 million valuation to acquire 20% of the company which will be finalized by March 2023. While our app launched in April 2022 and remains available in the app store and in Google Play, our go-to-market launch with our full suite of mental health & development resources is scheduled for Summer/Fall 2023.

How are you going to generate revenue?

Traditionally more than 95% of social media platforms revenue is generated from advertising and selling access to user data and analytics. Our platform will use the same proven revenue model and we have already received inquiries from potential advertisers. AF Social will be the first social app in this market segment, "meeting young adults where they are at” on social apps instead of telling them to put their phones down!
