Cool. So we get future shares, how does that work exactly, I couldn’t really understand it when I read wefunder. Do we just sell the shares in the future?

SAFE stands for Simple Agreement for Future Equity. If you invest in our SAFE, there is an agreement between you and Newchip where you have the right to receive equity (shares) at a valuation cap or discount at a future conversion event. How do you source your deals for the companies listed on Newchip? What is the benefit to companies that list directly with Newchip (if they do) and what is the benefit to Newchip? Does Newchip receive a commission of investment aggregated?

1. We partner with crowd investment and funding platforms whom source and launch issuers on their platforms, which we then connect to our users on our platform via data API's. 2. We do have Reg A+ companies that list directly with Newchip based on a monthly advertising fee with month to month renewal as well. 3. Newchip does not receive a commission at this time but plans to get a license to do so in the future.

Is it possible to invest as a SPV to reach the minimum threshold investment for pro rata rights?
