The Market

A new streaming category is emerging right now. Early platforms that launched in 2026 have validated that audience and creator demand are real. Kaon AI — an AI-native entertainment company — recently raised $60 million, confirming that investors are paying attention. But none of the existing players are built the way AIEstream is. The existing options limit creator uploads, lock creators into proprietary tools, or exist primarily to showcase their own products. None offer community ratings or creator revenue sharing. AIEstream is the open alternative.

The Platform

AIEstream combines open creator uploads with a community-driven experience and a real trust-and-safety pipeline. Every upload is automatically screened and verified on ingest, then assigned an age rating (G, PG-13, or R) and a “Verified AI” provenance badge before going live; content that violates our policies is removed. Community upvotes and downvotes then shape discovery. Creators upload for free. They earn a share of a creator pool funded by subscription and advertising revenue, paid out by how much their content is watched — aligning platform and creator success from day one.

Viewers access content through tiered subscription plans. Crypto subscription payments (Dogecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana) are planned for a future release.

The Team

Andrew McGraw — Co-Founder & CEO

Early team member at TradeRev — employee number five — serving as the automotive industry domain expert who helped shape the platform from the ground up. TradeRev expanded into the United States in 2013, piloting with Fields Automotive Group in Florida and Illinois. The company was acquired by NYSE-listed KAR Auction Services. Andrew brings 35+ years of operational and entrepreneurial experience and the same first-mover instinct that made TradeRev a category leader.

Tanya McGraw — Co-Founder & President

AI strategist, educator, and hands-on practitioner — building functional AI agents from scratch. Tanya leads AIEstream’s content, creator, and platform strategy, pairing that technical fluency with years of operational and business-management experience. She is the operational intelligence behind AIEstream.

The Ask

We're currently testing the waters — gathering reservations ahead of our public community round, which opens in November 2026.

We are raising $350,000 via Regulation CF on Wefunder, on a Post-Money SAFE with a $3.5M valuation cap, giving investors 10% equity in AIEstream LLC, a Florida-registered company banked with Mercury.
