The plan is to stay independently owned by the Tribe. We will take on additional investors in the future for the larger rounds needed to scale globally. We would love to grow to IPO status or get to a point of cash flow positive where we can sustain growth and pay dividends to our shareholders. The goal is to create a GENERATIONAL Black owned brand that scales.

For this campaign , once it’s reached its full funding goal will the SAFE convert to equity via the next funding round ? Or will it only convert via acquisition scenario ?

The SAFE would convert at our next capital raise. The current raise is being executed to grow the team, catch up to demand, and increase the valuation for the next big round from institutional investors.

How do I redeem my perk gifts after investing ?

After the round is closed, all of the perks will be dispersed accordingly. We will reach out to each investor for the necessary information to produce the custom items.
