Each AI Smart Homes includes a separate rental property the owner can use to generate income! We utilize a Modular Home Manufacturer in Houston to build and deliver to our land.

Once the Shell of our Tiny Houses arrive we will then Fully Equip them with a variety of High Tech Amenities, AI, and Smart Home Features.

These are to provide additional rental income for our company on 1 property and make them easier to sell when we exit to prospective buyers.
