The Company has raised $27.6M in equity since its inception in 2000. Approximately $16.5M has been raised over the past 10 years through crowdfunding and the pre-money valuations/pricing have increased as follows: 2014 $15M/$3.07ps; 2016 $20.8M/$3.26ps; 2017 $24M/$3.53ps; 2019 $37.8M/$4.40; $58M/$4.95ps; $70M/$5.34ps on this current round. There have been no splits or recapitalizations along the way.

Our last round of funding with StartEngine was not provided the same level of customer service that we were accustomed to in our previous rounds.
