THE STORY

“At its heart, “2 | A New Man” is a story about getting home — to a place, to a self, to a truth long denied.”

The series follows a man who arrives in a desert county with no memory of who he is, carrying artifacts that suggest a life — and a responsibility — he cannot yet understand. As forces both human and otherworldly close in, he is drawn into a community shaped by crime, faith, longing, and myth.

The story unfolds in Desejo County, a place that feels suspended between eras — part frontier, part modern world, part something older and stranger. Every character is wrestling with the same question in different forms:

Who am I, really — and what would it cost me to go home?

This is not spectacle-first storytelling.

It is character-driven, atmospheric, and designed to stay with audiences long after an episode ends.

Season One will be produced through a hybrid distribution strategy, designed to maximize flexibility and revenue opportunities:

3. Platform licensing (SVOD)
4. Transactional (TVOD / pay-per-view)
5. Territory-by-territory licensing

This approach:

1. Reduces dependence on a single buyer
2. Allows the series to meet audiences where they already are
3. Preserves optionality for future seasons and partners

THE BUSINESS MODEL

This offering uses a convertible SAFE structure.

Investors are purchasing a SAFE that:

1. Converts into Class B Non-Voting Preferred Equity
2. Includes a 15% discount
3. Has a $21 million valuation cap
4. Converts upon certain qualifying events (such as a major financing, acquisition, or greenlight of a materially funded Season Two)

This structure allows early supporters to participate at an early valuation while maintaining flexibility for future growth.
