The accelerator offers a non-dilutive grant, access to state-of-the-art facilities at the Pendleton UAS Range, and extensive flight testing opportunities across 14,000 square miles of airspace. We will also benefit from strategic mentorship, industry partnerships, and a comprehensive curriculum focused on technical development, business strategy, and securing federal grants. We are eager to leverage these opportunities to accelerate our growth and bring our new UAS solutions to market. The Z-RID SeriesIn 2023, Zing introduced two FAA-Approved Broadcast Modules to facilitate compliance with the new FAA Remote ID Regulation. Upcoming FAA regulations will require all drones to have a digital license plate (remote ID). Our latest product meets this requirement and enables over 600 customers today to comply with FAA regulations. On March 16th, all registered drone pilots must have an approved solution to meet the compliance requirement.Approved In The EUThe Z-RID Lite EU, has received the Declaration of Conformity from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). This significant milestone allows us to expand into the European market, thanks to the support from the Oregon UAS Accelerator, Business Oregon, and Oregon Lottery. With its advanced capabilities, the Z-SCAN provides real-time identification of drones within its range. The Drone RevolutionToday, over 350,000 FAA-licensed drone pilots and 800,000 drones are registered to fly in the United States. These drones perform commercial use cases, including delivery, inspections, and aerial photography. Drones are beginning to operate further distances and perform more advanced operations, and technology is needed to enable them to realize their full potential.Zing - Leading The WayZing was started in 2018 with a vision. The founder, Ian Annase, was flying his new drone and looked down at the screen to see a neighborhood on one side and a restaurant on the other. He thought, what if I could use this drone to make a delivery, fly home, swap out the battery?Over the past five years, Zing has built its reputation by performing dozens of drone delivery operations throughout the United States, from flying beignets over the Mississippi River in New Orleans to delivering a 'mic drop' to the top of the 700-foot Paramount World Center in Miami.Through performing these drone operations and gaining a deep understanding of the regulations, the Zing team began to see opportunities in the market to build technology that would enable both drone operators and enterprises to realize the full potential of drones. One of these products is the Z-RID.Join UsAn exciting expansion era unfolds at Zing, marked by record-breaking revenue, an influx of new customers, and unprecedented opportunities. Every investment propels this momentum, fueling further growth through enhanced manufacturing and marketing efforts. Beyond acceleration, investors gain a front-row seat to the rewards of this surge, participating directly in creating intellectual property that paves the way for the next wave of autonomous mobility. This moment offers a rare chance to be part of a journey shaping the future, where contributions have a tangible impact on aerial logistics and technology innovation trajectory. The attached Expansion Plan contains forward-looking projections that are not guaranteed.

## Q&A
- Q: Would you consider pivoting to drone security? I have seen company such as Knightscope having a lineup of security robots, but nothing that would be a fast, agile, autonomous flying unit. It could dramatically simplify your infrastructure requirements and provide a quick exit.
 - A: Hi Ignas. We have recently completed our development for the ZRID product. Remote ID enables everyone in the airspace to be detected. We are are using some of the IP we have developed to create a drone to drone deconfliction system. We are also using Remote ID data as a layer on top of Radar & Vision Drone Detection Platforms.
- Q: How many actual (non-demo) drone deliveries have you performed? Walk me in as much detail as possible through a drone delivery from the moment a customer places a food order to the moment the customer receives the food order. When is the drone dispatched for pickup? Where does the drone land to pickup the food, how is the package attached to the drone? And by whom? How does the customer receive the food if they live in a) a house, b) an apartment building, c) and office building. How are contingencies handled - like if the customer is not available or the the landing zone is not available?
 - A: Hi there! Thanks for your questions! 1.) We have performed several demos, however we are currently shifting from our "Phase 1" which includes testing and demos as a proof of concept, to our "Phase 2" wherein we begin regular regional operations in partnership with local restaurants/pharmacies/etc. Later this week I will be posting an update that will go more in depth about each phase and our business model. 2.) (Fully Scaled Drone Delivery Walkthrough) The customer places an order on their smart phone through the Zing iOS app. On our app, the customer is able to see participating local businesses and what they offer for drone delivery. The customer then makes their choice and selects their delivery location. Since we will be integrated with future local infrastructure, the customer will first be able to see if there is a smart mailbox or other receptacle available for delivery. If there is not, the customer will have the option to select an open area on the app for a ground delivery. If the customer is in an apartment or office building that is not equipped with proper infrastructure or has no open area, the delivery will be denied. Once the delivery location has been selected and payment has been processed through the app, the customer will be able to view the estimated delivery time. The restaurant will receive the order from our platform to their POS/Zing tablet where they can approve the order or contact the customer if necessary. Once the order has been prepared, the restaurant selects that the order is ready and it is placed into the Zing delivery box. A nearby drone is then dispatched from its base to the restaurant and once it has arrived the restaurant receives a notification and the box is attached to the lowered winch mechanism. The drone then reels in the winch system and lifts the package so it is securely fastened to the drone. From there, the drone flies autonomously to the delivery point. Our partners at Airspace Link help to determine the safest flight path. When the drone reaches the delivery point, it centers over the smart mailbox/landing zone using our Xact landing software, autonomously lowers the package, and upon contact the order is released. (If someone were to yank on the line, or if it snagged on something - the line automatically releases from the drone). The drone then flies autonomously to the nearest available charging base to charge and await the next order. 3.) Our platform in generally used for immediate deliveries, like food. So, the customer would be given a time estimate and should be ready to retrieve their order upon delivery. However, if the customer weren't available there order would be protected if they opted for a smart mailbox / receptacle. For pharmaceutical deliveries, a secure receptacle would be required for deliveries to ensure safety and abide by all regulations. I hope this answers your questions! As I mentioned, I'll be posting a more in depth timeline / business outline to our updates later this week to get in more detail for these types of questions.
- Q: Hi Lauren, some basic questions came to mind. Firstly, is the delivery service targeting customers in a corporate setting or commercial? Secondly, what is the exit strategy Zing has in plan for the future. Lastly, how will Zing innovate for the future? Will Zing drones require there to be a person present at all times or will Zing drones eventually be autonomous? Thanks!
 - A: Hi Randall, Thanks for your questions! For our exit strategy, please see Jeremy's question and our response below. 1.) Our platform is primarily B2C, focusing on deliveries from local restaurants, pharmacies, etc . directly to consumers. However, we are open to prospective B2B applications for our platform such as warehouse facilities. 2.) Zing is innovative in and of itself by being the first widely accessible autonomous drone delivery platform. There's many future opportunities for continued innovation in streamlining our delivery hardware, perfecting the technology behind our platform, and finding viable solutions for today's last mile delivery challenges. 3.) In our current testing/trial phase we will require a pilot to be present at all times. However, once we are fully scaled we will shift to having regional pilots monitoring multiple drones from a remote location. Also, keep an eye out on our updates later this week - I'll post an update going more in depth on our timeline and vision for scaling. We appreciate your support!

 - A: Hey Arul! I just published the update "answering your questions"! I hope this helps!
- Q: Hi Lauren, I just saw an email saying that "Zing Drone Solutions Closes at 11:59pm ET!", but Zing is NOT listed in the "Closing Soon" display on the Wefunder website. So what IS the status? And what happened to "We intend to feature a limited time offer on our campaign where we will lower our minimum investment requirement." I've seen nothing about this on the Wefunder page and have NOT received any email notification. Please advise. Thanks so much. Blessings
- Q: Hi Lauren, At one point you said "We intend to feature a limited time offer on our campaign where we will lower our minimum investment". With only 8 days left, will this lowering of the minimum be SOON?! Thanks. Blessings
- Q: Hi Lauren, I was excited to see you having another raise, since I was unable to get in 2021/2022 because of the high minimum investment amount you had set for that raise. Perhaps you might remember our conversations... At any rate, you've left the bar at that SAME level for this raise - very disappointing... Please consider making your raise more accessible and inclusive. Thanks for listening. Blessings
- Q: You have no luck with the logo!
- Q: Hi Lauren, It's almost been a couple of months now. Are you planning to "...run the limited time offer" this month, or not until sometime later? Will the "limited time" be in weeks, days, or hours? Thanks for the clarification. Blessings
 - A: Hey Kim! I wanted to follow up on my response to your questions. When we initially asked about lowering our minimum investment amount, we were unable to do so as a limited time offer. We made the decision to lower our minimum investment amount until the end of our crowdfunding campaign to make investing in Zing even more accessible. I hope this helps and we sincerely appreciate your continued support!
 - A: Hi Kim! Thanks for following up! We spoke with our campaign manager and unfortunately we are unable to run a limited time offer on our minimum investment amount. We appreciate your support!

For example, UPS, DHL, Amazon, and FedEx are all either experimenting with drone delivery or have established operations. We have been approached by some of these companies in the past who have expressed interest in our drone delivery technology. Another sector that might be interested in performing an acquisition would be the online ordering platforms (GrubHub, DoorDash, or UberEats). As time goes on and we continue to grow, we are also open to performing an IPO in order for our investors' to have an option for liquidity.
