   - I did not know that, but that is hilarious and also a great reason to get an SEO expert in the house immediately! :)
2. **Where is the water for Yacht Water being sourced from? I know there’s a charitable giving aspect of Yacht Water’s business which is fantastic and also curious about the ethics of the players in the supply chain.**
   - As of now, we are going with a US co-packer who works with several other indie and larger brands. Spring water (and the SKU with lemon is pasteurized). I will be working very closely with each of the groups on the supply chain, although I wish there were more that were Black and women-owned. We can work on that next:)
3. **If we want to invest is there a deadline date that we should invest by? Or is it solely based on the amount raised/needed?**
   - That’s a great question, Danielle. Thank you for asking. It’s a bit of both about amount and date. Based on the platform and SEC rules, I have a total of 6 months from my start date earlier in April to raise up to $5M if I wanted to. I can also select the end date and amount. Right now, I want to raise the $1M I mention in the video, and I’d love to do that as soon as possible. I project that it might take until approx end of May or June to reach the $1M goal.    - Hi, Naomi, thanks for asking. I love that this is your first angel investment! Since we already reached our first milestone ($100,000), all funds will be paid out to us and we will use the funds as listed in the overview/details. Our next big milestone is $1M.

  - A: That’s a great question, Danielle. Thank you for asking. It’s a bit of both about amount and date.   - A: Thanks for the questions! We are pre-revenue and decided not to have pre-orders until a later date, in order to ensure the best customer experience. We are in conversations with several indie and well-known national distributors and will roll out announcements over the coming months. We will start with in-person and e-commerce.

As someone concerned about the environment, I am worried if its gonna be similar to coke cans and other tin/can recycle program with CRV which is not doing so great. Do you have plans for retake options and your own recycle options?
  - A: Thank you for asking. We now have our 8-part vision, mission, and values and part 8 speaks to this: 8️⃣ Sustainability as a Commitment – Ethical sourcing and eco-conscious practices guide our choices. Great products should benefit both people and the planet.

  - A: Thank you for the question, Alysia. I do not plan to use sweetener at any point. If this changes, I will alert investors.
- Q: As an investor of Hire Runner, I like your idea of fruit flavor sparkling water. Are you going to have more flavors, my favorite flavors in future such as Watermelon, and Berries? Next, what is your exit plan?
  - A: Thank you for asking, Jackie! We will start with 2 of our SKUS: Sparkling unflavored and Still unflavored (approx late June). We will then introduce Overboard with lemon (approx Sept). We plan to introduce new flavors one at a time as our resources allow, and will ask our investors to vote on new flavors! Our exit plan is to get acquired in the coming years. Right now, there's an average 4x acquisition multiple on gross revenue for this type of growing company. It will take some time to reach our first $1M in revenue which is our first major goal, and then at approx $25M/yr in revenue, we might be considered a $100M company, which is one of my personal goals.
