  - A: Hi Aris, great question. For the first 15 years of Yoga Ed.’s history, it was under different ownership. When I acquired the company from the previous owner, the company had no assets, other than a hard copy curriculum. Since then, we raised a small amount of money to go online, and have bootstrapped it ever since. It is a very&nbsp;rare company in the digital/tech space that can scale with no investment. Yoga Ed. Is raising funds because we see that we could continue to bootstrap and grow slowly, or we could raise money and accelerate our growth when the time is ripe - now.&nbsp;
