## FAQ
1. **Hi there - I love the pies and wonder if there is an opportunity to bring Winston Pies to a new market within the US (but outside CA) sooner rather than later via franchise/other.**
   - Hi! Thank you so much for your response! We would love to expand outside of CA and that is in our long term plan as well. Do you have a specific location you are thinking of in particular? We're always looking for new ideas to get Winston Pies to more people!
2. **Once funding has been secured, how do you plan to give investors a ROI? Will there be annual dividends or profit sharing?**
   - Hi! Thanks for your question! We plan to use the funding to continue scaling the business. After we reach certain profitability milestones and we have excess cash, the ROI to investors can either come in the form of dividends/distributions, and/or when we sell the business and investors have an opportunity to exit at (hopefully) a substantial multiple on their initial investment. Hope that helps!

- Q: good stuff. i like the franchise idea that jordan brought up. i am an investor in several franchise concept companies and we are crushing it. one we sold 75 franchises to one group. yeah there are companies that just as long as everything is on point they will buy lots of franchises. i had one guy i spoke with that ended up buying 22 franchises. that may be an idea i mentioned to the others that all investors, founders etc should have shirts, be walking billboards. how i was able to sell 22 franchises to one group. had on shirt at airport, i travel monthly for leisure and the rest is history. i am probably going to invest i do believe though if your investment amount was lower you would have a ton more, even 250. 500 bucks for of people is alot of money. you don't see that many 500 buck investment companies usually more 100 or 250. then it would allow for you to have alot more investors which would be huge. maybe if you had a perk for the $500 that would nice. it could be a shirt etc. it doesn't cost much to have merchandise. maybe one day? what is the amount of revenue per square foot at your locations? it is very impressive that you don't have short or long term debt. i know companies go in debt with new locations. do you take businesses that were closed down etc and fix it up to make it your own or do you build from the ground up? on average how long does it take to open a location? how much does it cost to open each location on average. your marketing amount is very impressive especially looking at your revenue. i see you lost money in 2022. how did your 2023 go? did you make a profit? i invested in some restaurants etc would be nice if your product was at the restaurants etc. you don't see alot of restaurants with pie on the dessert menu. if you could get that on the dessert menus, good stuff. how many different pies do you have? i think international drive in orlando would be a great location, big tourist area obviously, the amount of people would be huge! i picked my first franchise to be there. one thing we do which i suggested is at the counter etc we have brochures for franchising, mini marketing for that. yeah we want these pies in as many places as possible! what are your margins? you could be at airports too. i travel a ton and don't see many if any places selling pies at the various airports. the possibilities are end less! thank you for your time!
