  A: Hey Eugene, my first feature as Exec Producer, was called Postal (the 2019 film). You can view on any major streaming platform. It received distro from Freestyle. Currently I’m the UPM with a local production company. We are currently producing our 7th low budget film in the past 12 mos. We work with MarVista Entertainment and Tubi.

- Q: Have you got the cast, crew and locations all setup and ready to go? How long will it take to shoot this? Do you currently have enough money for production and post production?
  A: Hey Benjamin, Thank you for the questions and interest. I'll answer them in reverse order. We presently are looking for another $20k-$40k to truly feel good about production and post-production. Although we can shoot something great with what we have, that's the amount we'd still like to make this something truly special. This will be a 10-12 day shoot. We have our crew. We have our cast for the most part, but the final cast and restaurant location will be largely dictated by our final budget...
- Q: Can you give more insight on the “Gross Proceeds” benefit for investors
  A: Sure thing. Thanks for asking. This is standard in film financing agreements. Once all investors have been paid their 1.2 payback multiple, proceeds are then distributed (50/50) between the producer pool and the investor pool. One's stake in the investor pool correlates to the size of their investment (obviously). So if an investor is 2% of the investor pool, he or she will see 1% of the proceeds.
